There are certain parts of pregnancy and delivery that the mother can only understand by listening to her own body. For everything else, there's The Perinatal Experience.
At Birth & Beyond + Perinatal Experience, we bring a personalized touch to the traditional birthing class.
And the compassion that is a hallmark of our prenatal care continues after birth. We feel lucky to help provide Tulsa’s families and individuals with a safe, meaningful start to parenthood.
WHAT IS THE PERINATAL EXPERIENCE?
The Perinatal Experience is unlike any other childbirth class in Tulsa. It encompasses a large variety of topics that will assist you on your transition to parenthood.
WHAT IS IN INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE?
You will meet with experts in Labor and Delivery, Breastfeeding, Perinatal Massage, Perinatal Pelvic Floor Health and Perinatal Mental Health. The combined years of experteise amongst the team is over 50 years!
WHY NOT JUST TAKE A TYPICAL LAMAZE CLASS?
The Perinatal Experience goes beyond the traditional Lamaze class. You and your will walk away ready for your delivery but also with the knowledge of massage techniques to assist you along the way, how to keep your pelvic floor strong to aid in your recovery and how to handle any perinatal mental health issues that may cross your path!

The Perinatal Experience began as a passion project of mine after years in private practice and learning where all the gaps in knowledge lie for new moms. I am thrilled to be working with a team of ladies to help expectent families transition from pregnancy and beyond.
I feel a lot more relieved about going into labor/postpartum than I did before I took this class.
